All bookings require a $500 refundable deposit and a $120 cleaning fee.
50% of total booking (rate plus cleaning fee) plus the $500 refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to start of reservation.
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to start of reservation
Payments may be made by Venmo, Paypal or Check. Instructions provided at time of booking.
